Position- Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer

My client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team in London. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and assistance to HNW clients in a wide range of matters, including Leasehold/Freehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages. There will also be exposure to lease-extension files if this is an area of interest.
The role is working at a Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across the country and a property team consisting of 29 Solicitors. There is a friendly and supportive work environment at the firm, with supportive Partners who want the best for their employees. The role is available due to growth as the firm continues to develop and become a standout medium sized London firm. Therefore, there is a caseload of work ready for the successful candidate to takeover, and no following is required.
The ideal candidate will be/possess:
A qualified Solicitor in Residential Property Law OR a Licensed Conveyancer
Experience running their own property caseload.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A high level of attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A law degree from a UK University
