We’re looking for a talented and motivated lawyer from NQ upwards to join our clients specialist Property Litigation team. The team works with a diverse range of clients—including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and property owners—providing strategic advice on how to avoid, manage, and resolve complex real estate disputes.
The Role
- Landlord and Tenant Disputes:
- Commercial lease renewals and rent reviews
- Lease breaches, assignments, subletting, and unlawful alterations or uses
- Possession recovery of both commercial and residential properties
- Effective exercise of lease break clauses
- Mixed-use schemes and statutory rights of pre-emption
- Adverse possession and boundary disputes
- Rights of light, restrictive covenants, and nuisance claims
- Land acquisition and sale disputes, including development agreements
- Trespasser removal and strategic site clearance
About You
- Either an NQ or above with experience in Commercial Litigation or ideally property litigation.
- Are strong team players with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Are ambitious, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
- Can manage their own caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
