We’re looking for a talented and motivated lawyer from NQ upwards to join our clients specialist Property Litigation team. The team works with a diverse range of clients—including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and property owners—providing strategic advice on how to avoid, manage, and resolve complex real estate disputes.

The Role

  • Landlord and Tenant Disputes:
  • Commercial lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Lease breaches, assignments, subletting, and unlawful alterations or uses
  • Possession recovery of both commercial and residential properties
  • Effective exercise of lease break clauses
  • Mixed-use schemes and statutory rights of pre-emption
  • Wider Disputes:
    • Adverse possession and boundary disputes
    • Rights of light, restrictive covenants, and nuisance claims
    • Land acquisition and sale disputes, including development agreements
    • Trespasser removal and strategic site clearance

    About You

    • Either an NQ or above with experience in Commercial Litigation or ideally property litigation.
    • Are strong team players with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Are ambitious, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
    • Can manage their own caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
