We are looking for a talented and motivated lawyer from NQ upwards to join our client's specialist Property Litigation team. The team works with a diverse range of clients, including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and property owners, providing strategic advice on how to avoid, manage, and resolve complex real estate disputes.
The Role
- Landlord and Tenant Disputes: Commercial lease renewals and rent reviews, lease breaches, assignments, subletting, and unlawful alterations or uses, possession recovery of both commercial and residential properties, effective exercise of lease break clauses, mixed-use schemes and statutory rights of pre-emption.
- Wider Disputes: Adverse possession and boundary disputes, rights of light, restrictive covenants, and nuisance claims, land acquisition and sale disputes, including development agreements, trespasser removal and strategic site clearance.
About You
- Either an NQ or above with experience in Commercial Litigation or ideally property litigation.
- Strong team players with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ambitious, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
- Can manage their own caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
