An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded London law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice across commercial and private client matters.
Based in Central London, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners on a broad range of complex and high-value property disputes while also managing your own varied caseload.
The successful candidate will advise on a wide spectrum of commercial and residential property litigation matters, including:
• Commercial & residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals (1954 Act)
• Dilapidations & service charge disputes
• Possession & forfeiture proceedings
• Disrepair claims
• Boundary, easement & restrictive covenant disputes
• Professional negligence matters
• Property-related insolvency and enforcement disputes
The role would suit a solicitor with:
✔ 2–6 years’ PQE in property litigation
✔ Strong technical and litigation experience
✔ Experience gained within a reputable city, national, or leading regional firm
✔ Confidence managing matters independently and advising clients directly
✔ Excellent drafting, client management, and communication skills
✔ A proactive and commercially minded approach
