My client is a leading mid-market law firm operating from modern offices in the City of London. Their firm delivers comprehensive legal services to a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, public and private companies, partnerships, public sector bodies, and private individuals.
Their Real Estate Litigation team sits within the broader Real Estate Services department, which also includes their Commercial Real Estate and both contentious and non-contentious Construction practice groups. In addition, they offer specialist expertise through their dedicated Residential Property team.
The team’s strategy is to provide a comprehensive real estate service to the firm’s clients, delivered to the highest standards. It is regularly instructed by a range of property investment and development clients, offering expert advice across a wide range of property-related matters. The team’s work predominantly focuses on landlord-related issues.
Essential Criteria:- 2-4 PQE in the UK

- Commercial & Residential experience needed
- Demonstrates strong competence across all aspects of real estate litigation, with a particular focus on advising landlord clients.
