I’m currently partnering with a well-established, highly respected High Street law firm that is continuing to grow its Private Client offering. As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy and friendly Wills & Probate team.
This role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis (4 days per week), making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexibility without compromising on the quality of work or client exposure.
The Opportunity: You will take on a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters, working with a loyal and established client base. The role will include:
- Drafting Wills and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Managing the administration of estates from start to finish
- Handling trust administration matters
- Advising on Deeds of Variation, lifetime gifts and family arrangements
- Supporting clients with tax and estate planning matters
You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while also benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Private Client work
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- A team player who is personable, organised and proactive
- STEP qualification would be advantageous, but is by no means essential
