We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established Wills & Probate team, supporting clients through some of life's most important decisions. The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, ensuring exceptional service from initial instruction through to successful completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and related matters
- Providing guidance and supervision to junior team members
- Maintaining strong communication with clients and professional contacts
- Ensuring accurate time recording, billing, and compliance with regulations
- Managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Contributing to business development and promoting private client services
