The successful candidate will work closely with senior fee earners and partners, providing comprehensive support across a varied and high-quality private client caseload.
The Role
- Assisting on a wide range of private client matters, including but not limited to:
- Drafting and administration of wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties
- General private client administration and file management
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience working as a Private Client Paralegal
- Strong background in wills and private client matters
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
