A reputable high street Law firm is expanding their Private Client department, they are looking for experienced Fee Earners, executives or Solicitors to join one of their many offices. This is a friendly family run law firm with a great working environment and company benefits. Looking to interview ASAP.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of private clients on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax planning, probate, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney.
- Independently manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all client work is completed to a high standard.
- Assist in the management and administration of trusts, including liaising with trustees and beneficiaries.
- Participate in business development activities to maintain existing client relationships and establish new ones.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience working in Private Client department.
- Ideally 1+ PQE or track record of billings.
- Able to work independently on a caseload - support is provided where needed.
