You'll join an established 360 recruitment desk with existing client relationships, signed agreements and live vacancies, meaning you'll be learning while working on genuine opportunities from day one rather than building everything from scratch.

What You'll Be Doing
During your first few months you'll receive structured training covering every aspect of 360 recruitment, including:
- Learning how to source and interview high-quality candidates
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Working alongside experienced consultants on live vacancies
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Developing your own specialist technology market
- Building a personal reputation as an expert within your sector
As your confidence grows, you'll take on more responsibility until you're managing your own desk with the support of experienced mentors around you.
