Overview

The Systems team at Simpson Judge is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to become part of it.

This is an opportunity to join an established technology recruitment business where you'll have the backing, infrastructure and freedom to build a desk properly.

You'll benefit from existing client relationships, signed terms and active opportunities, while also having the autonomy to develop your own market and make it your own.

We recruit across a range of specialist technology markets, partnering with software vendors, consultancies and end-user organisations throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Developing new client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Recruiting permanent technology professionals
  • Running the entire recruitment process from business development through to placement
  • Building a strong network within your chosen market
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner and market specialist
