Junior Business Central Consultant (Finance Systems)

A leading Microsoft Dynamics Partner is looking for an ambitious finance-focused individual to join their consulting team and build a career delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to customers across the UK.

The Role
Working alongside experienced Business Central Consultants, you will assist with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, working closely with finance teams to understand their processes and requirements. You will participate in customer workshops and discovery sessions, support system configuration, testing and user training, and help clients improve financial processes and reporting. You will also assist with data migration and system adoption activities, developing over time into a fully‑fledged Business Central Consultant.
Who We're Looking For
You may currently be working as a Systems Accountant, Finance Systems Analyst, Finance Systems Manager, Financial Systems Accountant, Finance Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, Assistant Finance Manager with ERP project exposure, Management Accountant involved in systems and process improvement, or a Finance Manager responsible for business systems or applications.
You will ideally have a strong understanding of finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, VAT, budgeting, and financial reporting. You should also have experience using, supporting, administering, or improving finance systems, ERP platforms, or business applications.
Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, migrations, digital transformation initiatives, or wider process improvement projects will be highly beneficial, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be able to translate business requirements into practical system solutions, have a genuine interest in technology and business systems, and a clear desire to build a career within ERP consulting.
What's On Offer
You will receive a salary of £33,000 - £40,000 alongside full training and mentoring from experienced Business Central Consultants.
