We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded legal firm in Poulton that is looking to appoint a
Commercial Property Assistant to join its expanding property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in
Residential Property who is ready to make the move into Commercial Property, with full support and guidance from an experienced team.
Your existing knowledge of property transactions, client care and legal documentation will provide a strong foundation as you develop specialist commercial property expertise.
The Opportunity
As a Commercial Property Assistant, you’ll work closely with experienced fee earners and gain exposure to a varied caseload, including:
- Supporting commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Liaising with commercial clients, landlords, tenants, managing agents and other professionals.
- Reviewing title documents and assisting with contracts, leases and related legal paperwork.
- Supporting pre-contract enquiries and preparing responses.
- Taking client instructions and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
- Providing regular updates to clients and third parties.
- Maintaining accurate files and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, organised and keen to develop their expertise within Commercial Property.
You’ll ideally have
- Experience working within a law firm environment, with a background in Residential Property or Commercial Property.
- A good understanding of property transactions and legal documentation.
