Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of pre-litigated RTA matters from initial instruction through to settlement
  • Progressing claims via the MOJ and OIC portals efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients, insurers, medical agencies, and other third parties
  • Assessing liability and quantum, and negotiating settlements where appropriate
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and departmental performance targets

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a caseload of pre-litigation RTA claims
  • Strong knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portal systems
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and negotiation skills
