Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of pre-litigated RTA matters from initial instruction through to settlement
- Progressing claims via the MOJ and OIC portals efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining regular contact with clients, insurers, medical agencies, and other third parties
- Assessing liability and quantum, and negotiating settlements where appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
- Meeting and exceeding individual and departmental performance targets
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing a caseload of pre-litigation RTA claims
- Strong knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portal systems
