Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Bristol - flexible hybrid
OVERVIEW
We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a busy claimant personal injury team at an established Legal500 firm. This role provides excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing your own caseload of personal injury claims
- Pursuing claims up to £25,000 through and outside of the Ministry of Justice Portal, including pre and post litigation stages
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, and solicitors
- Attending and contributing to weekly risk assessment meetings
- Managing client expectations and handling complaints in line with company policy
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience handling and valuing claimant personal injury cases
- Working knowledge of the Ministry of Justice Portal processes
- Experience managing Fast Track claims and litigation processes
- Strong investigative skills relating to liability in road traffic accident claims
- Proficiency with case management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
- Law degree, CILEx, or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
