I am looking for a highly experienced People Systems Manager to oversee the development, integration, and ongoing management of the HR and payroll system within my client’s People & OD Department. This hybrid role, based in London, requires a strategic professional with the ability to optimise systems, enhance user experience, and support broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of HR and payroll systems, ensuring they remain effective, user-friendly, and aligned with organisational needs.
- Serve as the primary contact for system-related projects, leading improvements and optimising functionality.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams and service providers to manage contracts, assess performance, and implement system enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance on HR systems, aiming to improve processes and maximise operational efficiency.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop system solutions that align with business objectives.
- Deliver training, guidance, and communication regarding system usage and best practices.
