The People Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting the HRIS roadmap. Your main responsibilities will include:
- The development and maintenance of SAP Business Objects reports.
- Providing support to the HRIS People Systems Manager in a Systems Administrator capacity.
- Creating, testing, and troubleshooting reports for end users through a ticketing and approval process, ensuring all reports are properly documented.
- Adhering to information security protocols, including GDPR principles and business data security policies.
- Supporting the administration and optimisation of the HRIS (iTrent) system, ensuring the system functions as expected and raising and maintaining cases with MHR as needed.
- Managing system access in line with business processes and GDPR requirements.
- Ensuring data integrity and resolving discrepancies.
- Serving as the first point of contact for end users requiring support, escalating issues to the People Systems Manager when necessary.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the People System, including testing system upgrades, configuring new functionality, and assisting in the creation and upkeep of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
- Monitoring and ensuring the system is performing as expected, ensuring housekeeping routines are being run.
- Raising and maintaining cases with the supplier as needed.
- Developing and maintaining system accesses in accordance with business processes and GDPR requirements, obtaining relevant stakeholder approvals as required.
- Providing training on best practice to core users in navigating and utilising the HRIS effectively.
- Assisting in the development and updating of end-user guides to facilitate system understanding and usage.
This is a permanent, full-time role and will require 2 days onsite working per week.
