Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage your existing following and client relationships to generate new business and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
- Collaborate with other partners and senior lawyers to deliver tailored, commercially focused advice.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers, helping to develop the next generation of shipping law talent.
- Play an active role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and future growth initiatives.
