Position: Part-Time Legal Secretary – Conveyancing
Location: Sheldon
Firm: Legal 500
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9:00am–5:30pm as well as 1 other day that can be flexible
I am working on behalf of a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Sheldon, currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing team on a part-time basis. If you're a proactive professional with excellent organisational skills and previous experience in conveyancing, this could be a great opportunity to join a supportive, well-respected firm.
What you’ll be doing:
- Audio typing and document production for fee earners
- Managing admin tasks: scanning, filing, archiving, handling phone enquiries
- Supporting file opening/closing processes, including AML checks
- Drafting and amending documents using firm templates
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience as a Conveyancing Secretary (essential)
- Strong attention to detail & accurate typing skills
- Professional telephone manner & client service mindset
- Team player with a flexible, positive attitude
- Experience with SOS Connect is a plus, but not essential
