Data Administrator within the Production team ~ Part-time hours; 24 hours p/w (6 hours per day, Mon to Thurs) ~ 100% on-site in Halifax, West Yorkshire ~ Up to £25,000 p.a. pro-rata We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a fantastic team, working in our client\'s manufacturing facility in Halifax. This is a great opportunity for a data driven, accurate and conscientious professional to join a company that is well established and very highly regarded, and also continuing to grow. Key duties will include: · Ensuring the general office is kept orderly · Processing production delivery notes and orders · Processing new starters & updating production excel sheets · Health & Safety Administration · Scanning and Filing · Managing time and attendance · First point of contact for Production staff · Supporting the Production Manager · Carrying out any other duties as reasonably requested by the line manager In order to be considered you need to have previous experience within an Administration role, ideally within a manufacturing or production setting. You will have a demonstrable eye for detail, and will be happy working in a stand alone capacity in order to support the team. You will have a very strong grasp of Excel and pride yourself on working with accuracy. This is a fully on-site role, based in Halifax, with free on-site parking. The working pattern would be 6 hours per day, Monday to Thursday, equating to 24 hours per week
