Job Description

Paralegal – Litigation & Private Client (Nottinghamshire)\\n\\nLocation: Nottingham – predominantly office-based (occasional hybrid by arrangement)\\n\\nWe're seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join a dynamic, high-quality practice in Nottingham. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside a highly respected solicitor/ Head of Dept with a unique caseload spanning litigation and private client work for a range of high-profile clients.\\n\\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and direct client contact, and who is keen to develop across multiple areas of law.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nAssisting a senior solicitor with a varied caseload, covering litigation (beyond standard disputes) and private client matters\\nManaging files from instruction to completion under supervision but with autonomy day-to-day\\nLiaising with clients (including high-profile individuals), counsel and third parties\\nDrafting correspondence, preparing court/tribunal/inquest papers, and conducting legal research\\nEnsuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met without the need for constant reminders\\nAbout You\\n\\nWe're looking for someone who is:\\n\\nLegally experienced – with a background as a paralegal, legal executive, or similar ideally with experience in litigation or private client \\nOrganised and self-reliant – able to take instructions and run with them autonomously and confidently\\nComfortable dealing with high-profile clients in a discreet and professional manner\\nProactive and dependable, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills\\nWhat's on Offer\\n\\nCompetitive salary in the range of Β£30,000 – Β£38,000 (DOE)\\nDirect mentorship from a senior solicitor with a diverse and interesting practice\\nExposure to a wide variety of legal work (litigation & private client)\\nPredominantly office-based role in with occasional hybrid flexibility by arrangement\\nThis is an outstanding opportunity to build on your legal experience, develop new skills, and play a key role in a trusted, high-calibre legal team.\\n\\nHow to Apply\\nIf you're a motivated paralegal looking for a challenging and rewarding role in Nottingham, we'd love to hear from you.
