Excellent opportunity for a Graduate / Entry Level candidate looking to step into a Marketing focused role, within a supportive team. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to support the marketing team with managing and optimising product data across various platforms. In this entry-level role, you will assist with ensuring product information is accurate and up to date across e-commerce sites, internal systems, and other customer-facing channels. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the digital marketing space, helping with product launches and data-related tasks that drive online visibility and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining product data in the Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure its accurate and current.
- Help with the setup and maintenance of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and PIM Systems.
- Support the team in following data governance policies to ensure consistent data standards.
- Work closely with the Commercial and Product teams to gather product information and digital assets.
- Assist in providing accurate product data and assets to e-commerce platforms, retailers, and partners in the required formats.
- Help manage product descriptions, technical specifications, and imagery to ensure products are well-represented online.
- Support the team with data coordination during new product launches and product discontinuations.
- Conduct basic audits of product data to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist in optimising product data for better searchability and SEO performance.
- Be a point of contact for day-to-day queries and assist in system troubleshooting and updates.
Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes:
- Interest in e-commerce and online marketing, with a desire to learn more about digital marketing practices.
- Previous experience in a data-focused or marketing-related role is desirable, but not essential.
- Familiarity with PIM system is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Educated to degree level or similar qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, IT, or similar) and at least 5 GCSE's at grade C or above (including English and Maths).
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and able to work with data in a structured way.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
