About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our Cheltenham office and take on a key supervisory role within the team. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting 2 paralegals and 2 trainee solicitors, ensuring high-quality legal work, compliance with professional standards, and ongoing development. Applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors are welcome if you have an interest in residential property and would like the opportunity to supervise/assist experienced paralegals and trainee solicitors. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on management and supervisory experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision and day-to-day support of 2 paralegals and 2 trainee solicitors
  • Oversight and review of work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
  • Providing guidance, mentoring and constructive feedback
  • Assisting with training and development of junior team members
  • Managing your own caseload (appropriate to experience)
  • Ensuring adherence to firm procedures and regulatory requirements
