About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our Cheltenham office and take on a key supervisory role within the team. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting 2 paralegals and 2 trainee solicitors, ensuring high-quality legal work, compliance with professional standards, and ongoing development. Key Responsibilities
- Supervision and day-to-day support of 2 paralegals and 2 trainee solicitors
- Oversight and review of work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance

- Assisting with training and development of junior team members
- Managing your own caseload (appropriate to experience)
- Ensuring adherence to firm procedures and regulatory requirements
