The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior solicitors on a varied caseload of contentious property matters acting for commercial and private clients. The Role
The role will involve advising clients on a broad range of property litigation matters, including:
- Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Possession proceedings and forfeiture actions
- Boundary, easement, and right of way disputes
- Dilapidations claims
- Trespass and nuisance matters
- Property-related contractual disputes
- Enforcement of covenants
- Debt recovery linked to property matters
- General litigation support on complex and high-value disputes
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload, with appropriate supervision, while also assisting senior fee earners on more complex matters.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be due to qualify as a solicitor in 2026 or recently qualified
- Have completed at least one seat in litigation and ideally gained exposure to property litigation matters
- Possess strong drafting and analytical skills
- Demonstrate good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Be capable of managing competing deadlines effectively
