The Role

  • Lead and develop the Corporate & Commercial department
  • Maintain and grow a high-quality caseload (M&A, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, business advisory work)
  • Drive team strategy, performance, and business development
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Provide disciplined oversight across both Corporate and Commercial workflows
