Conveyancing Assistant (Full-Time, Office-Based)

📍 Location: Liverpool

We're currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential conveyancing. You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team, working closely with solicitors and conveyancers while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of residential property matters.

Whether you already have conveyancing experience or are looking to take your first step into the legal sector, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team with the day-to-day management of residential property transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the progression of residential conveyancing files
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails and post
  • Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing administrative support to ensure matters progress efficiently
  • Delivering a professional and friendly service to clients throughout the transaction process
