This role is open to candidates with 8+ years' PQE who have experience in construction law or a strong litigation background and are interested in retraining into construction.
Full support and mentoring will be provided for the right individual with transferable skills.

The Role Advising on a broad range of construction-related matters.
Managing your own caseload of contentious and/or non-contentious work, depending on experience.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supporting business development and networking activities.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
Contributing to the ongoing growth of the department.
About You Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE .
Experience in Construction Law or a strong background in Litigation with a desire to specialise in construction.
Commercially minded with excellent client care skills.
Confident managing files independently and handling complex matters.
Previous supervision or leadership experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
A proactive approach to business development and relationship building.
