I am currently working with a highly regarded and growing law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Team Leader to join their expanding property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior conveyancer who enjoys both running their own caseload and mentoring junior colleagues, while working in a fully remote environment.

You will play a key role within the team, overseeing three junior conveyancers, providing guidance, support and supervision to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.

As a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters while also supporting the wider team with technical guidance and oversight.

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
  • Ensuring files are progressed in line with compliance and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced conveyancer who is confident managing files independently while also supporting and developing more junior team members.

  • 5+ years' experience within residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
  • Fully remote working
