We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join our growing Buy-to-Let team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified solicitors and more experienced practitioners looking to develop or further their career within a busy and expanding department. While prior buy-to-let experience is not essential, it is crucial that applicants have solid experience in residential property and a strong understanding of conveyancing transactions.
Our Buy-to-Let department is made up of a dedicated and collaborative group of Solicitors, Conveyancers, and Legal Assistants who specialise in this dynamic area of law. The team is tight-knit, supportive, and hardworking, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and helping one another succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of residential property matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding client needs and delivering excellent service
- Advising on investment property transactions and their nuances

- A qualified Solicitor (NQ and above)
- Proven experience in residential property/conveyancing is essential
