We're looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Support Officer with a strong background in HR, Payroll and MHR iTrent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining HR operations, payroll administration and HR systems support, with iTrent playing a key role in the day-to-day responsibilities. If you're confident supporting payroll processes, maintaining HR systems, producing management information and providing HR advice to managers and employees, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing HR and payroll administration across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Supporting payroll processing, including salary calculations, pensions, salary sacrifice and employee queries.
  • Maintaining and supporting the iTrent HR & Payroll system, including data integrity, system testing and upgrades.
  • Producing HR management information, reports and data analysis.
  • Providing first-line HR advice on areas such as sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, learning & development and HR policy administration.
  • Driving continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.

Ideal experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with MHR iTrent (HR and/or Payroll modules).
  • HR systems administration, reporting and data management.
  • Payroll administration and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience supporting HR operations in a busy environment.
