We’re looking for a dynamic individual to fill a high-impact hybrid role that will shape the future of our operations and help accelerate our business growth! This role offers a unique blend of responsibility, focusing on NetSuite ERP administration and Business Intelligence (BI) management, with a vital contribution to our finance team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the administration of NetSuite ERP—maintain, configure, and continuously optimise the system to align with business needs.
- Drive system security: Manage roles, permissions, and workflows to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, managing integrations, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Support user training and offer technical expertise across departments.

- Automate reporting processes, streamlining data refreshes, and implementing monitoring solutions.
- Train business users on BI best practices, helping teams leverage data to make better, faster decisions.
- Support the finance team with essential administrative tasks, including payment provider and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the automation of financial processes and help implement new systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
