This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to develop a broad employment law practice within a supportive and collaborative team. You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload, gaining exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings and preparing bundles
- Supporting on disciplinary and grievance procedures

- Providing commercially focused, practical advice to clients
