The Role
You will be joining a small but highly experienced team handling a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters. The role offers hands-on experience and the chance to work closely with senior lawyers, building expertise across the full spectrum of real estate transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting on commercial and residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, correspondence, and supporting documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to progress matters efficiently
- Supporting senior fee earners on more complex transactions
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements

- Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with experience in property law, either through training contract or secondments
