A highly regarded, Legal 500–ranked law firm based in Central Manchester is seeking a polished and professional Legal Receptionist to join its front-of-house team. The firm is known for its strong commercial presence, high standards of client service, and modern working environment.

This is a key front-of-house position and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The successful candidate will play a vital role in representing the firm, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional reception service at all times. Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and courteous welcome
  • Managing a busy reception desk and switchboard, handling calls efficiently and directing enquiries appropriately

  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
