A well-established law firm based in Didsbury, Manchester is seeking a confident and professional Legal Administrator / Receptionist to join the team as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a key front-of-house role combining reception duties with essential legal administrative support to solicitors and fee earners. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Key Reception & Front of House
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, providing a professional and welcoming service
- Managing a busy reception area and handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Booking appointments and managing meeting room schedules
- Greeting clients and ensuring a positive front-of-house experience

- Opening new client files in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements
- Accurately recording client instructions and preparing files for solicitors

- Previous experience in a legal admin or receptionist role (preferred)
