We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Caseworker to provide administrative and financial support for our clients. The successful candidate will manage client accounts, handle documentation, and ensure smooth operations on both administrative and financial fronts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance, debt recovery, or insurance who enjoys supporting clients and ensuring accuracy in all processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts, including tracking payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and client correspondence.
- Support case management processes, ensuring timely updates and adherence to procedures.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve financial queries or discrepancies.
- Monitor client financial data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management as required.
- Assist clients with queries related to financial or administrative matters.
- Experience in finance, debt recovery, insurance, or related administrative roles.
- Strong numerical and financial literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident in handling confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
- Experience supporting clients in a casework or advisory capacity.
- COP experience desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of financial compliance or regulatory standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and the rest remote, in a collaborative environment where your financial and administrative expertise will directly support clients.
