M&A Associate (Corporate Development) | Remote (London-based)
We have partnered with a UK-based technology company that specialises in developing and providing Salesforce applications, helping businesses maximise their investment in the Salesforce Platform.
They are looking for an individual to join their UK M&A team based in London and with deal volume increase substantially going forward, this individual will be a vital part of upcoming transactions. As a fast growing business, there is diversity across the business commercially and the types of deals done.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets. Evaluate the strategic fit and financial viability of these opportunities.
- Lead the due diligence process, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and coordination with legal, tax, and other advisors.
- Negotiate terms and structure of transactions. Prepare and present proposals to senior management and the board of directors.
- Develop and implement integration plans to ensure smooth transition and realisation of synergies. Monitor post-acquisition performance and address any issues that arise.
- Contribute to the development of the company\’s overall strategic plan. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and competitive analysis.
