I am recruiting for a top Legal 500 firm who are looking to hire a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Central London. My client is a large media and entertainment firm in Central London who offer a range of services representing HNW and UHNW clients. The firm specialise in representing high-profile clients, covering intellectual property, contracts, litigation, etc. Alongside this, they have many repeat HNW clients using their conveyancing team for property matters in Central London.

The role requires the successful candidate to have extensive experience working on prime central London real estate transactions for HNW and UHNW clients. Candidates must have experience managing a wide range of leasehold and freehold residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions. A following of clients would be ideal for the successful candidate, and they will be expected to do their own business development to win new work.
