The Role

As a Property Litigation Partner, you will take a leading role in driving and developing the firm's property disputes offering. You will handle a broad and complex caseload while contributing to the strategic direction of the department.

Your work will include:

  • Acting on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, forfeiture, and possession claims
  • Handling development disputes, rights of way, easements, and boundary issues
  • Managing high value and complex litigation in the High Court and County Court
  • Supporting clients with risk management and dispute avoidance strategies

You will also:

  • Play an active role in business development and networking
  • Leverage existing client relationships and develop new opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues across real estate and other practice areas
  • Supervise, mentor, and help develop junior lawyers

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with extensive experience in property litigation
  • Currently be operating at Partner level or be a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready for partnership
  • Have a demonstrable following or a clear business case for growth
  • Possess strong technical expertise across a broad range of property disputes
  • Be commercially minded with a proactive approach to client development
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
