Temporary HR Administrator
Approx. 3 month duration

I am seeking an experienced HR Administrator, to undertake generalist duties and provide support to the wider HR team. This role sits within a busy HR department, at the heart of an NGO, so will provide a great amount of variety and exposure.
Key duties will include:
- Assist the HR Manager and Senior Advisory team with delivering a proactive professional HR service across the business.
- Support with a variety of daily HR administrative duties including cost allocation and invoice approvals.
- Collaborate with other members in the team, to support on creating reports for management information and analytics purposes.
In order to be considered you must have significant administration experience, ideally gained within a busy HR Team. You will also need to have very strong attention to detail, and be numerically savvy, so experience of accounts & invoicing would be a distinct advantage.
This is a 100% onsite role, working 9am to 5pm from Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4pm on Friday, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break per day (total 34 working hours p/w).
Payroll is via Simpson Judge, paid weekly, and salary on offer is up to £22.40 p/h plus holiday pay.
