An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a Tier 4 Family law team within a highly respected Legal 500 firm, with a strong presence across London. The firm is recognised for its high-quality work, progressive outlook, and a flexible and inclusive working environment.
You will join a high-performing family team, managing a caseload of private client divorce and financial remedy matters for clients with substantial assets, providing expert advice and representation.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage a caseload of divorce and financial remedy matters, working with clients whose financial affairs involve substantial assets.
- Prepare cases thoroughly, including advocacy and negotiation where appropriate, to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Work closely with partners and senior solicitors to develop technical expertise and strengthen client relationships.
- Contribute to the department’s strategic objectives through high-quality casework and client service.
- Qualified Solicitor, ideally 2-4 PQE (all experienced candidates considered).
- Experience in divorce and financial remedy matters is essential, ideally involving clients with substantial assets.
- Wider experience in cohabitation disputes and ancillary family matters is desirable.
- Membership of Resolution or other relevant accreditations is an advantage.
- Compassionate, client-focused, and confident in managing sensitive, high-value family matters.
- Keen to contribute to the team’s growth and success.
