My client is seeking a 6PQE+ Corporate Solicitor with a background working in a broad range of commercial matters, including M&As, corporate advisory, contracts, and corporate restructures. In this role, the successful candidate will join the small team, working on behalf of a range of clients including banks, small-medium sized businesses, HNW individuals, and international clients. They will also work in collaboration with other teams in the office if needed.
- Manage deals and commercial matters autonomously.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to Corporate matters.
