Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled paralegal who has at least 1-year of experience working within commercial property in a paralegal or legal assistant capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of assisting a solicitor on a mixed commercial property caseload, involving acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and secured lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a Partner with their varied caseload of property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and secured lending.
- Prepare and draft legal documents.
- Conduct property searches.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
