I’m working with a well-established firm in Liverpool that’s looking to add to its medical negligence team. The Role
You’ll manage a broad range of medical negligence claims from instruction through to settlement, mediation or trial. Day to day, that means:
- Client care and case strategy
- Drafting legal documents
- Instructing experts and counsel
- Negotiating settlements
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards
About You
- At least 2 years’ PQE in medical negligence
- Able to work independently and manage a varied caseload, including litigated claims
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Skilled at building strong client relationships and giving empathetic, practical advice
- Proactive, commercially aware and committed to continuous development
- Interested in networking and business development
