Simpson Judge Legal are working with a well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm in Liverpool, who are looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a partner-led team handling high-quality, complex litigation, offering strong career progression and early responsibility.
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from instruction through to resolution/trial
- Advising clients on strategy, risk, costs and commercial outcomes
- Supporting business development and networking activity
- Property litigation (including landlord & tenant disputes)
Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution
Strong working knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures
Experience managing files with appropriate supervision
Competitive salary of £48,000 – £56,000 DOE
