Experience attending court is preferred but not essential. Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach. A team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the wider team’s success. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a broad caseload of civil / commercial litigation matters, which will vary depending on your experience, including: Debt recovery Wills & probate disputes Professional negligence Property and boundary disputes Contract disputes Landlord & tenant matters General commercial litigation Employment disputes Personal injury Advise a wide range of clients including individuals, SMEs, and larger commercial entities. Work collaboratively with a knowledgeable team, sharing insight and contributing to strategic case planning. Provide clear, practical, and commercially-focused legal advice. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
