A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Leicester is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join its growing private family law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and respected team, handling a varied caseload of privately funded family matters. Working alongside experienced senior lawyers, you will gain exposure to a broad range of high-quality matters while receiving ongoing support and mentoring to further develop your technical and commercial skills. The Role

  • You will manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including:
    • Divorce and separation
    • Financial remedy proceedings, including high-value and complex asset cases
    • Cohabitation disputes
    • Private children matters
    • Drafting court applications, consent orders, witness statements and legal documentation
    • Managing matters from instruction through to conclusion
    • Delivering exceptional client care with clear, practical and empathetic advice
    • Working closely with colleagues on more complex matters where required

    • Be a qualified Solicitor with experience handling private family law matters.
    • Be confident managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision where required.
