The Role
Your responsibilities will include
- Advising clients on a broad range of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes and private children matters.
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
- Drafting court applications, witness statements, consent orders and other legal documentation.
- Preparing matters for hearings and supporting clients throughout the litigation process.
- Developing effective case strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
- Delivering clear, practical and empathetic legal advice.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal file management procedures.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
- Supporting business development initiatives through networking, marketing and relationship building.
