An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and expanding Commercial Property department within a well-established commercial law firm based in Leicester. The team advises a broad and high-quality client base, including national organisations and prominent regional businesses, on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation
  • Advising business clients on a range of commercial property issues

You will be expected to deliver a high standard of technical advice and client care, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualified Solicitor with solid commercial property experience, ideally gained within a recognised commercial property team.
