A rare opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a top-tier, highly regarded law firm in the North West, offering fully remote working.

This is an excellent role for a driven solicitor looking to work on high-quality, complex property disputes while benefiting from genuine flexibility and a supportive, forward-thinking team.

You will join a well-established and growing litigation department, working alongside recognised specialists on a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of property litigation matters, with exposure to high-value and complex work, including:

  • Residential and commercial landlord & tenant disputes
  • Possession proceedings and forfeiture actions
  • Breach of covenant disputes
  • Dilapidations claims and lease renewals
  • Boundary disputes, easements and rights of way issues
  • Adverse possession and title disputes
  • Property-related professional negligence matters
  • Supporting senior solicitors on more complex, high-value cases

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in business development and client relationship management.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 2+ PQE, although all levels will be considered)
  • Strong experience in property litigation, handling your own caseload
  • Experience across both residential and/or commercial property disputes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
